Hey Mint babes! With all this talk about healthy living, I
thought I might share a few of my workout gym secrets with ya’ll. It is so true
that you don’t have to have a gym membership to get a good exercise in, but unfortunately
for me, going to an actual gym is essential!
So, Spring Break is just around the corner (Woohoo!!) and I could not be more excited!! Don’t get me wrong, life as a college student is far from shabby, but everyone can use a break from their day-to-day schedule.
There is nothing I love more than feeling the warm sun while laying on the beach. Now I know not all of us are huge fans of the beach (not sure how, but hey we all have our preferences!) but at some point or another, I’m sure you’ll be hitting up either the lake or pool!
Okay, so you know those tips I gave y'all for keeping trim & fit?!? Wouldn't they be much easier if you did them in stylish comfort? I agree! Lucky for you, The Mint has dozens of amazing workout clothes to add to your collection of fav sweats, sports bras, tanks & tennies! (I know, we really DO have it all!)
be honest, it wasn’t until I was living on my own in college when I started
realizing how poor my health habits really were. I played sports from the time
I could walk all the way up until my senior year of high school, so watching
what I ate wasn’t exactly on my radar.
Or better yet, give yourself one! Shoulder cut-outs are perfect for the transition period from winter to spring. These amazing pieces will keep ya warm but still let you show a liiiiittle skin. They can be styled up for a day out or down if you want to feel and look even better.
